Purchase Policy

1. Set permissions and payment:
Deposit:

In the 2nd and 3rd month, the storage fee is calculated at 150,000 VND/month for every 25,000,000 VND of the consigned goods.
Total storage time is not more than 03 (three) months. 1 week before the expiration of the time limit, the seller’s representative will call and send a notification via text message or email to the buyer to reconfirm the delivery time and location. The seller will not be responsible for the product after the signed storage period.

3. Exchange – return policy
Exchange – Free returns
The buyer will be able to exchange – return the goods for free within 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are unused, with the same tags, conditions and full purchase invoice. .
Exchange – return goods for a fee
– For unused goods, with tags, original packaging and full purchase invoices: from the 8th to the 15th day after receiving the goods if the buyer wants to change another product. or return the product, a fee of 15% of the product value will be applied.
– For goods that have been removed from packaging, labels or have been installed and handed over, within 15 days:
+   Buyers to exchange for other products will incur a fee of 15% of the product value.
+  Buyer Returns the product for a fee of 30% of the product value.
Not applicable for exchange – return:
– Showing product. Products purchased in promotions, discounts, use vouchers (vouchers), accumulated points.
– The product has been received by the buyer for more than 15 days or the buyer has deposited it for storage for more than 15 days from the date indicated on the purchase invoice.

Shipping terms of exchange and return products:

Delivery and installation policy

All orders that need delivery and installation at home are ordered in the form of online purchase (via website nid.asia, phone, fanpage …) and orders arise directly at showrooms.

II. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery policy is applied during office hours or within the time frame when trucks are allowed to operate from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays).
For orders with products that need to be installed, we will send the delivery staff first and have a technician to install it later.
Regular orders delivered in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang: completed in 03 working days.
Orders delivered in other areas nationwide: completed in 9 working days.
Orders during the promotion period: completed within 5 working days or notified later.

III. DELIVERY FEES – INSTALLATION CHARGES

The delivery fee schedule includes shipping costs and labor costs for delivery and installation (if any and includes VAT).

– Delivery fee is 55,000 VND for the first 04 KM. The next KM is calculated at 15,000 VND/km.

– Installation fee for orders worth less than 5 million VND, equivalent to 35,000 VND / 1 product or 70,000 VND / 1 product depending on the type.

* Orders from 5 million or more:

Free shipping within 15km. From the 16th KM onwards, the fee is 15,000 VND/km. This fee does not include the transfer fee in areas where trucks are not allowed to enter the street (except Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang).

– Free delivery labor – installation within 30km. From the 31st KM onwards, charge 275,000 VND / 1 worker / 1 day or 550,000 VND / 1 day / 1 worker if you have to stay overnight. This cost of labor for delivery – installation does not include 2-way intercity freight and 2-way intra-provincial transportation costs at the delivery area. The unit price for intra-provincial travel is calculated by order with a fee of: 15,000 VND/km and is calculated from the bus station/ferry station/airport to the delivery area. The number of employees to fulfill the order depends on the actual volume of goods and will be informed to you before confirming the order).

Delivery schedule according to customer’s request (Only applicable for delivery in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang).

* Delivery surcharge applies in the case of:

– Express delivery after order confirmation;

– Delivery outside office hours or according to the time specified by the customer;

– Delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

* Specific fee schedule:

– For orders with each dimension (L/W/H) under 60cm:

Express delivery fees, Sundays and public holidays apply equivalent to Grab’s or 3rd carrier’s fee schedule.

Delivery fee according to your request: Free if you agree to the delivery time plus 01 working day. Other cases will be charged as above.

– For bulky orders with dimensions over 60cm each way, the delivery fee will be based on the actual weight of the order (based on the number of blocks or the weight of the goods), details will be determined by our staff. notify the customer before confirming the order.

Other surcharges such as storage, dismantling fee, delivery fee to an unfavorable location such as on a high floor/floor without or not being able to use an elevator; or the installation area must hire a crane to lift the goods; or the site of the installation area does not meet the conditions, there are shipping costs… We will notify you of the specific fee.

IV. OTHER CONDITIONS

Our orders are shipped through forwarding services, please check the goods before signing for the goods. You can refuse to receive the goods if the goods have been broken due to the transportation process or you can contact the customer service staff for specific advice.
For orders that do not install and deliver at the apartment or high-rise building, we will deliver the goods to the foot of the customer’s building.
In case the company has shipped to the delivery location as agreed, but the customer changes the place of receipt; The customer must bear the shipping cost for the change of delivery location according to the company’s fee schedule.
In case the customer has a change in the delivery time compared to the agreement when buying, it is necessary to notify us at least 24 hours in advance for inner-city customers and at least 48 hours for customers with a distance of more than 30km from the showroom. Purchase.
In case the company has shipped to the delivery location but cannot contact you, we will leave a message to notify you. We will charge the delivery fee if after 02 unsuccessful deliveries.

In some objective cases, we may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions: bad weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, road closures or at the time of public holidays, special events leading to change change the delivery time, the company will contact to notify and adjust the specific delivery time for the customer.
In case the customer does not pay the remaining amount after the company delivers the goods, we have the right to keep the goods corresponding to the amount to be paid and the customer must pay the shipping fee to the showroom where the goods have been purchased. .
Our staff only install the product in a ready-to-use ground condition. Employees are not allowed to perform any work other than installing the product.
Delivery – installation staff are not allowed to collect any additional costs other than the costs notified from the sales department.
Customers please check and sign for delivery of goods to avoid unnecessary risks. For objective reasons, we only perform the installation if there is supervision from the customer or the customer’s representative. If the customer cannot arrange the delivery time, please notify us again. We will arrange the most suitable repetition schedule. In case the customer still wants to complete the installation and does not require supervision, We are not responsible for any claims related to the customer’s premises and other properties.

WARRANTY POLICY

1. General Conditions

  • Warranty period is effective from date of delivery note/ receipt of goods.

  •  Products is still under warranty. 
  • Buyer provides delivery note.
  • Seller warrants for production error only.

3. Warranty Process

  •  As your request, we will check products and inform you if it is under the scope of warranty.
  • We will decide how to fix or replace products under our policy.
  • Items with discontinued and unable to repair, we will recall this product and return you a new other one with similar value as a replacement. 
  • Generally, we will come and check in 24 hours and complete it in next 24 hours. In other cases, we will inform you to arrange a flexible time.

4. The Scopes of Warranty

Mattress

  • Includes spring matter for spring mattress: Spring is loosened and broken to torn cover fabric.
  • Hard foam of memory foam mattress: 
    • Foam mattress is not recovered totally with a sagging foam on the surface of mattress that you can see with your eyes. 
    • Foam is deformed on its sides.
    • Hard core of foam mattress: Foam is deformed on its sides.

Upholstery furniture 

  • Warranty is for frame, foam, spring and hard spare parts and includes:
    • Springs is broken that defects surface of furniture. 
    • A sagging foam in abnormal.
    • Frame and hard spare part are broken.

Wooden furniture  

The melamine film or veneer on edges of wooden furniture has been peeled. The cabinet door is curved and warped.

5.  Cases of No Warranty 

  •  Products are worn out naturally after time of using as discoloration or stains on surface of products.
  • Products are defected or damaged by users as jumping on bed, mattress or sofa, lying on table, dragging table legs, using over load of products. 
  • Garden products without protection of roofs are kept at sunny and rainy place.
